Wow! I'm in awe of your precise cutting and how each piece fits. Also I'm imagining a floor to ceiling fireplace and tiles. Can't wait to see it finished.

Thank you!!! I used basswood from the local hobby store - Michaels in this case. There's a 1/2" foam core skeleton underneath. I thought about cutting it from a larger piece of wood but wanted to use the materials I already had.
