My mission, that I have chosen to accept...

...is to attempt a variation on this W E Masonry chimney for the haunted Heritage.

I will build the base from foam core board and cover it in egg carton bricks.

Am I now forgiven for removing that side bay window? :D

That looks spectacular!! How will you achieve the spiral on the tower chimney?

I knew that you had something more magnificent than a silly bay window up your sleeve, Brae!!! Better you than me! That's a lot of bricks! Back to the TP rolls and veneer for me. Much easier!LOL

I'll use a paper towel roll as the skeleton for the top and double up the bricks where they stick out in the swirled pattern. ;D

That will be one spectacular chimney - and yes, it will be a great feature for the side of the house. Your forgiven for the loss of the bow window (almost lol!) - it is certainly a more spectacular point of interest than a bow window would be. It will be interesting to see you do it, but from what I've seen of your work it will be outstanding!
