Master bedroom window seat

In between painting, sanding and sealing the windows, trim and various other uninteresting but necessary parts of dollhouse building, I cut the wood floor sheet for the master bedroom. I think it needs a rug or something, but I'm not sure what to do. I have some elaborate plans for this room, so it will likely need to be something simple.

I also made a quick mockup of a window seat from foam core board scraps. I'd love to have a window seat in real life, so I'm already excited about this idea. :D

Re Mahesha's comment - calling them mini houses is a great idea - I told a neighbour that I make minis for dollhouses and he looked as if I was a bit lacking in the head department! 'Have your children left home?' was his reply. 'Miniature houses' it is from now on!

You are a true artist! It's like being in a real bedroom. For the carpet, I would choose a modern design and bright colors. All the lamps are beautiful, the last with the sunflower too.
